David Gray

David Gray is a real estate broker, investor, entrepreneur, and co-founder of Aspen Property Management. His approach to business is built around consistency, accountability, and strong relationships.

David entered property management in 2021, gaining firsthand experience navigating the challenges of managing properties during the pandemic. That experience shaped his belief that successful property management starts with communication, adaptability, and genuine relationships with both owners and residents.

As an investor and broker, David understands real estate from multiple perspectives. He is known for his ability to evaluate risk, look at problems from multiple angles, and develop several potential solutions before determining the best path forward. Rather than reacting quickly, David believes in challenging the options, understanding the risks, and executing with purpose.

That mindset complements his partnership with Adrian Wilson. While the two approach challenges differently, their contrasting strengths allow them to challenge each other, think more critically, and make better decisions for Aspen and its clients.

David is constantly learning, growing, and looking for ways to improve. He oversees Aspen’s operations throughout Eastern Iowa, while Adrian leads the company’s operations throughout Southeast Iowa.
